Sidewalks

The homeowner owns the sidewalks in residential areas. However, the city would

like to work with residents to replace broken sidewalks and install sidewalks to

ensure a safe walking path throughout the city.

The City has a Sidewalk program in which the City covers the cost of the cement,

while the homeowner is responsible for the labor. The City has put $15,000/year

towards this program, and it is on a first come, first serve basis.
