Through a IL Economic Development grant, funding will refurbish the building at 704 IL Ave. The plan is to bring it completely up to code with elevator, electrical, plumbing, and fire control. The bottom floor will be available for meeting/event rental and indoor public market space. Upstairs will have co-working space that individuals and companies can rent out office space, meeting space, and designated desk space.
