The City of Mendota received an EPA Brownfield Grant to assist with the demolition, remediation, and planning for development at 807 Illinois Ave.

UPDATES:

• Bids request post and awarded to Fehr Graham Engineering and Environmental.

• Buildings at 805 and 807 have been demolished.

• Testing and clean-up of soil to begin in March/April.

• Designs for space being developed.
